Disorderly Conduct Photoshoot

The photoshoot for our Disorder Magazine submission went to plan and I think that the over all outcome was affective in what we were trying to convey. We wanted to have the message of awareness of mental health issues in adolescents. Its something that is something that each of us in the group can relate to and feel strongly about. We wanted to share one way in which you can feel when consumed with these emotions. A feeling of drowning or being trapped. I think that we achieved this quite well.

I think we planed quite well for the shoot, however we definitely could have planned more. When it came to the day of the shoot we had to think about the type of positions we wanted our model to get into. It would have been a lot easier and more efficient if we had planned out more than just a couple of positions.

One thing we wanted to make sure was that we didn't submit images that all are too similar. We wanted to almost tell a story with the images we took. I think that we achieved this and I am really happy with the way that it all turned out.
